Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed by private customers through Deviem.ch. Any mandatory consumer protection, legal guarantee, and defect-related rights remain unaffected.
1. Voluntary 15-day return policy
Deviem grants you a voluntary right to return goods within 15 calendar days of receiving them.
For deliveries to consumers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal described in section 7 of this policy takes precedence during the first 14 days. The voluntary return policy and the conditions below apply on day 15.
To exercise the voluntary return right, contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods by emailing deviem.jewelry@gmail.com. Please provide your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason.
To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must:
- be unworn, unused, and undamaged;
- be returned complete and with all original tags;
- be in its original packaging; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
These requirements apply only to the voluntary return policy. They do not restrict any statutory withdrawal, legal guarantee, or defect-related rights.
After you notify us, you will receive return instructions. You must then send the goods back within 14 calendar days to:

2. Sale items
Sale items are excluded from the voluntary 15-day return policy.
This exclusion does not apply:
- during any mandatory statutory withdrawal period, including the 14-day withdrawal period for consumers in the European Union; or
- to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
3. Return shipping costs
If you return an item because you have changed your mind or for another reason that is not attributable to Deviem, you must pay the direct cost of returning it. Deviem does not provide a free return label in these circumstances.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, Deviem will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item so that we can explain how to proceed.
4. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at deviem.jewelry@gmail.com. Please send us your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs where possible.
We will review your report and offer the remedy required under the applicable law. Your statutory legal guarantee and defect-related rights remain fully unaffected.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the item you received in accordance with the applicable return or withdrawal conditions and place a new order.
6. Refunds under the voluntary return policy
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you about the refund. If the voluntary return meets the applicable conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original delivery charges are not refunded under the voluntary return policy unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider might require additional time to display the credit.
7. Statutory withdrawal information for consumers in the European Union
The following information applies to consumers habitually resident in a Member State of the European Union where mandatory European Union or national consumer protection law applies.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or the third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 8, but it is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the online withdrawal function provided on Deviem.ch. You can find this function in your customer account next to the relevant order. If you use the online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as by email, without undue delay. The acknowledgement will include the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time it was submitted.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will not reimburse any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to the return address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to sale items. Rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods apply independently of the right of withdrawal.
